Our Offer

When making an offer for your tour or group services Atelier Swiss will state all your inclusions as a proposal with basic itinerary and submit to you for your approval within 24 hours allowing you to consider our offer for a limited period of time depending on when you (or your group) would like to travel, this is usually between 7 to 10 days.

If you approve and confirm our proposal we will then send you an invoice by email, your payment to us confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions for our services and your acceptance of the invoice as a contract of services agreed by both parties.

If there are agreed charges for extra services, products or kilometres on the invoice and some (or all) of these are used by consent then these will be charged at a later date, usually within 7 days of end of services and payable within 10 days of invoice date or by cash with printed receipt finalising our transaction.

Any offer we make does not constitute any legally binding agreement between the offeree and Atelier Swiss and we make offers free of any charges.

If we are used as a third-party in order for a trade customer to independently present our offer with itinerary to their client we will make a charge of 500.00 Swiss Francs for this service.
